By accessing or using Ombsy and The Synapse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

Ombsy provides brand management, AI-powered business automation, tax services, and related digital services through The Synapse platform. Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as described in your service agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using Ombsy, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at ombsy.info@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Ombsy platform are owned by 33inc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Reselling or sublicensing our services without permission
• Reverse engineering any part of The Synapse platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ombsy and 33inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notice.
