Ombsy ("Company," "we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program for clients and applicants who have expressly opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, intake status notifications, career application updates, and other transactional or informational communications related to the services you have requested.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ombsy by checking the SMS consent box on any of our intake forms, contact forms, career application forms, or brand launch application forms. By checking this box, you are providing your express written consent to receive text messages from Ombsy at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you have requested. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on your intake status, appointment schedule, or application status. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages without your express written consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Ombsy is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also opt out by emailing ombsy.info@gmail.com or calling (833) 870-0631. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Ombsy unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier participation may vary.
